At AJ Next Gen Consulting, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services tailored to your business needs. Due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
- Consultation Services
All fees for consulting services (including strategy sessions, audits, and business planning) are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or a session has been delivered.
If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you may request a reschedule at no additional cost.
- Monthly & Retainer Plans
If you are on a monthly or retainer plan:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Services already delivered within a billing cycle are not eligible for refund.
If you cancel before the next billing date, no further charges will be applied.
- Custom Projects & Enterprise Solutions
For large-scale or custom consulting packages:
A deposit is required to begin work. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a partial refund may be issued based on time and resources allocated up to that point.
- Missed Appointments
No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice). However, one courtesy reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
- Dissatisfaction With Services
Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the direction or outcome of your service:
Please contact us within 5 business days of the session or delivery.
We will review your concerns and may offer a service credit, additional session, or alternative resolution — at our discretion.
